Danny Dorling Danny Dorling is the Halford Mackinder Professor of Geography at the University of Oxford. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science with honours in geography, mathematics and statistics at the University of Newcastle in 1989, he remained at Newcastle to complete a PhD in the visualisation of spatial social structure.
